The Unity House is a halfway house which is located on the John 3:16 Ministry grounds. Residents of Unity House have either completed a six month graduate program, or have stayed in the program for eight months. Once a resident chooses to move into the Unity House, they have the option of participating in a scholarship program in which they will be allowed to take college courses offered by the University of Arkansas Community College in Batesville (UACCB). These residents are also allowed to be employed while participating in this program.

The Unity House was made possible primarily by private donations and Unity Fest, a benefit which is held every spring at Riverside Park in Batesville. This event is very important to John 3:16 Ministries and their mission of helping men with addictions. “This is a great time to enjoy Christian music, fun and a delicious catfish dinner cooked right on the banks of the beautiful White River in Batesville while helping the men who graduate from John 3:16 Ministries and enter the Unity House the opportunity to receive a better education!” states Bryan Tuggle, Director of John 3:16 ministries. “John 3:16 offers Christian assistance and guidance to men with addictions helping them get on the right track and the Unity House offers the men a safe place to live while furthering the healing process and now they will have the opportunity to further their education at UACCB,” states Tuggle. As you can tell, a scholarship fund will be another way to insure the single men who graduate from John 3:16 Ministries obtain a education that will help them have the ability to have a bright future after leaving the Unity House at John 3:16 Ministries.
